Georeferencing
Georeferencing is the mapping of a rural property referencing the vertices of its perimeter to the Brazilian Geodetic System, defining its area and geographic position. It serves for the registration regularization of rural properties, according to the new legislation (Law 10,267/01 and Decrees 4,449/02 and 5,570/05).
