Environmental Licensing

Environmental licensing is a legal obligation prior to the installation of any enterprise or activity potentially polluting or degrading the environment.

Different studies and reports are developed, specific for each type of activity, according to the Term of Reference
of the competent environmental agency, such as:

• Preliminary Environmental Report (RAP);

 

• Environmental Impact Study and Report (EIA/RIMA);

• Environmental Control Report (RCA);

• Environmental Control Plan (PCA);

​

• Simplified Environmental Impact Study (EIAS);

​

• Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIA).
